THE GOAL
McGill and Partners and GB Snowsport needed a launch campaign that could authentically connect the worlds of elite sport and business performance, building excitement around a new partnership ahead of the 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics.
APPROACH
Developed a social-first campaign strategy combining premium video content, carousels and athlete-led UGC to maximise engagement across platforms.
Built around shared themes of risk, resilience, teamwork and more, the content connected the worlds of elite sport and business while staying grounded in a clear narrative.
EXECUTION
Delivered a layered video strategy designed for different audiences and platforms. Cinematic hero films captured athletes on the slopes to create emotionally driven brand stories. At the same time, mobile first social videos gave quick but insightful looks into the roles of coaches, physios and support teams.
Motion graphic-led content celebrated team achievements and highlighted key successes throughout the season, alongside interactive visual components produced for the campaign hub to support articles with additional narrative and creative depth.
RESULTS
The campaign helped establish a strong narrative around the partnership across digital, press and live environments, building visibility ahead of a key competitive season.
Year one delivered 395.6K views across organic and paid social campaigns, with content used across the central hub and wider brand channels to extend reach and engagement throughout the season.
