THE GOAL
Informa wanted to transform its employer brand into a digital-first experience that reflected the scale and personality of its global workforce.
The challenge was to tell authentic employee stories across several locations, creating a content platform that could build pride internally, attract new talent and bring the Life@Informa brand to life through video-first storytelling.
APPROACH
Developed a people-first content strategy designed to showcase the diversity of Informa's global workforce.
By capturing authentic employee experiences from teams across multiple regions, the campaign moved beyond corporate messaging to tell real stories about career growth, culture and belonging.
The content was designed to work across video, social, and digital channels, creating a consistent employer brand that could scale globally while remaining locally relevant.
EXECUTION
Produced and delivered a global content programme built around authentic employee storytelling. Working with colleagues across multiple regions, I helped create a series of employee-led films that explored career journeys, personal experiences and life at Informa.
Filming took place across various locations, including Singapore, Dubai, and New York City, working with local production crews and remotely directing shoots to ensure a consistent creative approach across every region.
Alongside the hero films, I developed supporting social-first content, including short-form videos, looped animations and templated social assets designed to drive engagement across channels.
The programme was built to scale globally, enabling local teams to contribute content while maintaining a consistent visual identity and narrative across the wider Life@Informa platform.
RESULTS
The campaign established a scalable employer brand platform that continues to be used across the business for recruitment, internal communications and culture-building initiatives. Across the three international shoots, we produced 25+ hero films featuring individual employee stories, alongside compilation, topic-led and location-based videos, plus 75+ supporting social assets.
The wider Life@Informa campaign generated over 150,000 LinkedIn impressions, with video content attracting more than 35,000 views. The visual identity, storytelling approach and content framework were adopted more broadly across the organisation, helping to reconnect colleagues across 30+ global locations and strengthen Informa's employer brand.
