The human side of digital transformation
VIDEO | INTERVIEW-LED | SOCIAL CUTDOWNS | GLOBAL BRAND FRAMEWORK
THE GOAL
EY needed to communicate large-scale, technical transformation programmes, from railway safety technology to blockchain-verified journalism, in a way that stayed clear and engaging without oversimplifying the substance behind them.
APPROACH
Built a flexible storytelling framework that could translate complex initiatives into human-led narratives for very different audiences and industries.
Rather than leading with the technology or the process, each film found its own way in, whether that was structuring interviews around a real person's day, using energetic real-world footage to ground an abstract idea, or building a bold visual setup to bring a rebrand to life on screen.
EXECUTION
Produced a series of interview-led films, working closely with EY's global brand and marketing teams to shape each narrative around real outcomes and real people.
On location for both the Network Rail and KCOM shoots, working directly with the crew on the ground, and remotely directed the ANSA shoot in Rome, Italy.
Alongside every hero film, produced social cutdowns tailored to different platforms and audiences, extending the reach of each story beyond the case study page itself.
RESULTS
Delivered a cohesive, scalable content suite that simplified complex transformation stories while staying aligned with EY's global narrative, giving EY a flexible set of assets usable across case studies, sales conversations and social channels.
